Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Garlic Aioli Sauce

Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Garlic Aioli Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice brussels sprouts in half (length wise) and spread out onto baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle olive oil, fresh cracked pepper, and salt on top on sprouts and mix around. Bake for 15 minutes, shuffling the tray to flip the brussels sprouts, and then an additional 15 more minutes.
  3. While the brussels sprouts are cooking, mix together all ingredients for garlic aioli sauce. Place covered in fridge until sprouts are finished cooking.
  4. Once brussels sprouts have crisp outer edges, remove from oven and scoop onto a serving platter next to the bowl of aioli.
