5 Ingredient Energy Bites

Ever had those weeks where you felt like you were constantly running from point A to point B with zero down time? I’ve definitely experienced my fair share of those “not enough hours in the day” days. These 5 ingredient energy bites are the perfect snack to pop in your mouth as you’re running out the door. They are extremely filling and the fiber from the flaxseed and oats combined with the protein from the peanut butter makes these bites a nutritious solution for on-the-go.

I like to keep these protein bites in my freezer because the frozen texture is so delicious. It almost reminds me of mini cookie dough ice cream bites, only much healthier. They are so easy to make, simply mix the ingredients together in a bowl and scoop into proportionate balls.
